On August 14, 2017, Thomas Norman Olsen, Milton, Florida, a convicted felon, petitioned the Florida court for an injunction against stalking to be placed on Timothy Charles Holmseth, East Grand Forks, Minnesota.
Timothy Holmseth is a former award winning news reporter that assisted the Minneapolis and Jacksonville FBI during their investigation into the kidnapping of HaLeigh Cummings – a five year-old that mysteriously vanished from her Satsuma, Florid home on February 10, 2009.
On September 1, 2017, Timothy Holmseth submitted a NOTICE OF REMOVAL for FEDERAL QUESTION to the U.S. District Court – District of Northern Florida. The NOTICE was also mailed to the Santa Rosa County Court.
Timothy Holmseth’s U.S. Court filings reveal how Thomas Olsen is colluding with an attorney from South Florida in effort to trick a Florida state court into ordering Holmseth to remove several articles published in 2015 at Holmseth’s web publications Write Into Action and America’s Little Girl.
“I ask that you rule for not only this injunction, but for Respondent to remove all mention of me dating back to August 2015,” Olsen said in his Petition. Olsen attached as an exhibit, a copy of an article Holmseth published, entitled:
